I was surfing the human empire website and i suddenly realized i know the guy who designed this.
But that's not the reason i'm posting it here---I'm doing that because it's fucking awesome. The rough raster effect in combination wit the clean, simple cut and the smooth ooze is what does it for me, i guess.
